PEERMONT TRANSMISSION PROJECT

City Electric is proposing upgrades to its existing transmission infrastructure for Seven Mile Island, including the boroughs of Avalon and Stone Harbor. The existing 23kV transmission lines will be upgraded to new 69kV transmission lines and will incorporate new steel pole design standards for South Jersey. The planned upgrades will create a robust infrastructure to help respond to coastal storms and provide increased reliability for our customers.
