Step 1

Adjust side belt width to match jar 0 for product to be run.

Step 2

Adjust metering box height to level required by product.

Step 3

Set Belt speed at Main Control Panel to 40'/minute.

Step 1

Inspect side belt bearing covers at jar feed. Check for wear / degradation. Replace as required to prevent belting material from entering product stream.

Step 2

Inspect Transfer between key shaker and product filler. Check for wear / degradation. Replace as required to prevent belting material from entering product stream.

Step 3

Inspect Meter Box Skirt. Check for wear / degradation. Replace as required to prevent belting material from entering product stream.

Step 1

Using the appropriate hand tools scrape/sweep the area starting at the top, working towards the floor. Sweep up waste from the floor so the minimum possible amount of solids enters the floor drains.

Step 2

Rinse with high pressure hot water to remove remaining food particles in the same top to bottom fashion.

Step 3

Inspect equipment for stuck on food. Spot clean with a stiff brush or scraper and repeat. Rinse as required.
